The Design and Development of the Automatic Trigger Device for the High-Speed Photography

Abstract At present, there is a problem, which inconvenient for people to record structure failure data, in some experimental process of special equipment. Focusing on the trigger method high speed photography recording component strength experiment equipment, and choosing feature vibration situation that specimen failure, we design two schemes, are integration switch basing velocity voltage comparator acceleration, according ideas include analysis, design, specification verification. Through verification experiment, acceleration feasible, successful rate auto-trigger can reach 100 percent usual failure. The device has fine stability accuracy, effectively solve problem manipulation low operation reliability.
